Costco Store Development Details

On September 30, 2023, the purchase agreement was finalized, with official notarization expected within 30 days. The new commercial hub will span 1.8 million square feet and is expected to include various brands and services, with Costco being a key tenant.

Site Accessibility

The future Costco location will be strategically situated near major roadways, including Highway 10 and Route 139. The Groupe Montoni is currently working with the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility to evaluate the project’s impact on local traffic, particularly regarding access at Exit 68.
