Maple Leafs Waive David Kampf

The Toronto Maple Leafs placed forward David Kampf on waivers on October 3, 2025. The 30-year-old Czech player began his Maple Leafs career four seasons ago. During the 2024-25 season, he participated in 59 games, scoring five goals and totaling 13 points. Overall, Kampf has played 301 games for the Maple Leafs, achieving 31 goals and 54 assists for a total of 85 points.

Avalanche Claim Ilya Solovyov

In his brief NHL experience from 2023 to 2025, the Belarusian defenceman has earned four assists in 15 games. He was drafted in the seventh round, 205th overall, by the Flames during the 2020 NHL Draft.
