North America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025: New York City Shines on the Inaugural List
The inaugural list of North America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 was unveiled at a grand ceremony in Wynn Las Vegas, celebrating the best in culinary excellence across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. This eagerly awaited ranking is curated by a dedicated panel of 300 anonymous experts, including chefs, restaurateurs, journalists, educators, and seasoned diners, who cast their votes to spotlight the region’s top dining experiences.
New York City Leads with Top Honors and Multiple Mentions
At the forefront of this year’s list, Atomix in New York City has been crowned the best restaurant in North America. Co-owners and husband-and-wife team, Chef Junghyun ‘JP’ Park and Ellia Park, operate the Korean fine dining establishment, which also holds two Michelin stars and ranks twelfth in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
