Last year, Earl Thomas, in his first-year eligibility, made the semifinalists list alongside Ricky Watters, marking Watters’ fifth semifinalist appearance. Marshawn Lynch, another iconic Seahawk, also seeks to advance further this year. Despite being eligible last year, Lynch did not make it past the final 50.

Earl Thomas’s tenure with the Seattle Seahawks was transformative, finishing with 664 tackles, 67 passes defensed, 28 interceptions, and 11 forced fumbles. Part of the renowned “Legion of Boom” defense, Thomas was a key figure and a member of the NFL’s All-Decade Team of the 2010s.

Despite playing only one season with Baltimore and earning Pro Bowl recognition, Thomas retired in 2019, leaving a lasting legacy.
