American Airlines Cancels Established Four-Year Route
American Airlines has decided to cancel its established route between Dallas/Fort Worth and Eugene, Oregon. This decision was confirmed by an airline spokesperson on Monday. The suspension marks the end of service that began in 2021.

The last flight on the Dallas/Fort Worth to Eugene route took place on August 5. Previously, this service operated year-round but later transitioned to a seasonal schedule. The discontinuation was first reported in the Cirium Diio schedule update last Friday.

In a statement, the airline noted, “As part of a continuous evaluation of our network, American has made the difficult decision to discontinue service between Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) and Eugene, Oregon (EUG).”
