The official pre-party is scheduled for Thursday night at Switchback at Incline, located on 9th in the West Bottoms. This 18+ event will open its doors at 7 p.m. and promises an atmosphere filled with Chappell’s music.

Local Business Involvement

Various local businesses are joining this celebration by sponsoring events and providing themed offerings. Cookie Bliss KC, located in Northland, has introduced Pink Pony Club-themed cookies and cakes. Karissa Todd, the owner, reported that demand has been high, leading to daily restocks throughout the weekend.

Additionally, Todd mentioned that they will provide hotel deliveries for guests attending the concerts, ensuring a sweet treat for visitors. “It’s wonderful to witness the city’s excitement for Chappell Roan,” she said.

Visit KC’s Special Guide

To further engage visitors, Visit KC has created a guide dedicated to Chappell Roan-official events, attractions, and relevant LGBTQ+ and women-owned businesses in the city. Both concerts are sold out, but attendees are encouraged to check for venue policies, including bag regulations and maps online.

The Kansas City community is rallying together to show support for Chappell Roan, creating an inclusive and celebratory atmosphere for all attendees.
